How do I return or exchange items?
Our goal at The Decorum is for every customer to be satisfied with their online purchase. If for some reason that is not the case, we will happily accept merchandise purchased online for store credit or exchange within 10 days of delivery.
The returned merchandise must be free from any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new (including, but not limited to, wear, damage, stain, odor, or alteration). The receipt, packaging, and tags must accompany the returned goods. International customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges as well as the safety of all the goods until they reach us.*

How and where do I return my merchandise?
For all other shoppers, items may be returned to the following address:

The customer has the right to choose whatever shipping method they would like when returning or exchanging merchandise as long as the return has been authorized within 10 days of delivery for returns or exchanges or within 20 days of delivery for store credit and exchanges.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We appreciate your patience while your return or exchange is being processed. Once we have received your item, we are typically able to ship out exchanges within two business days of receipt. If there are any delays in processing your return or exchange we will notify you via phone or email. If you have any questions during this process, don’t hesitate to contact us for an update.
Modifying Order or Cancellation Policy
Modifying or cancelling an order is only possible so long as the order has not yet been packed or shipped. Once the order is packed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

We do not accept cash refunds for products once the purchase is completed, if you wish to return a product you will be issued a gift card of the product’s value.
